Casey

Coach Casey grew up playing baseball, basketball, softball, and played soccer through college. After college Casey, of course, found herself flexing her traps at her sister who then suggested she give Crossfit a try. Since eventually finding her way to Raid, Casey has fallen in love with the community and the way people from all walks of life are able to come to the same place and share their love of fitness. Casey's passion for fitness grew even deeper after beginning her sobriety journey and teaming up with The Phoenix, through which she obtained her L1. When she isn't coaching, you can find Casey taking time between her own workouts to hype up everyone around her.
